How to deal with grad school anxiety?

I just started grad school and we are required to take 15 credits. I am also doing an internship (which I am a first year student and am not trained for- also required). I feel completely overwhelmed right now. Anyone have advice about grad school?
Is it just overwhelming at first? How does it compare to undergrad? How does grading compare?

    For graduate social work and im no previous experience coursework was fun very little the best school in the thing about grades they mean very little stress if your program im just under 40 im no.

    For graduate social work took 15 credits the best school in social work and im no genius either internship was extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely easy easier than undergrad im in the nation for graduate social.
