Harold Bloom asked:

I’m only an undergrad Psych major right now, but I’m planning on getting a Ph.D. in clinical or forensic psychology in the future. Does anyone knowledgeable about grad schools know what range of scores they prefer? In other words, do I have to get a 4.0 or is there still some leeway even with the top schools?

Thank you to anyone who can give me some advice.

I would say anything over a 3.5 would do it. That should give you more that enough breathing room.

The psychology subject gre really doesnt matter as you want to get some good letters of recommendation from professors who have worked with you dont need 40 but you can make sure you can make sure you dont bomb it the general gre really should keep your gpa over 35.
