what is a good european grad school for cognitive psychology or psychology of memory and learning?

I am searching for a grad school but do not know where to start. Searches on google haven’t yielded many results. If anyone knows of a good program or means to finding one i’d me much appreciative. I’m not particular about what nation it’s in but it’ll have to be an english program.
