I am in my 40’s, finally going to grad school, to get a master’s in psychology. I still have to pay my house note, car note, and household bills. I would prefer not to work full time, and I don’t think my current job would keep me on part time. I’d like to avoid loans as much as possible.

Great! There are government grants that you don’t have to pay back! They will actually pay you to go to school! If you are a woman, minority, have children, etc….handicapped you can get grad school monies! A quick yahoo search on grants will help you out… You could get married??? Rent part of your house out??? Helping others out is what I do too! Be good to people and people will be good to you….
