For reasons outside of my control I no longer think I’ll be able to attend a UC (University of California) and may have to go to a CSU instead. The schools aren’t bad, but they’re not on par with the UC’s. I want to go to a good grad school though. Does going to an ‘average’ college hurt my chances as long as I get good grades and have good test scores?
