I have a question about applying to grad school during your final semester in college?

Ok, so I am about to apply for grad school.

The deadline is July 1st.

My final grades and my degree will not be posted to my transcript by then.

Do I send my current transcripts with my work in progress before the deadline, and then send my final transcripts?
